By placing this deposit you acknowledge that this deposit is non-refundable. Upon receipt of this deposit, Seller agrees to send a formal contract to Buyer. Personal information of the Buyer will be requested during this transaction in order to complete the written contract. A draft of our standard contract is provided on our website and also during this process for prior review.
     If the remaining balance of the available puppy is not paid within five business days from notification of pick up date, Seller may offer said puppy to another owner without any further obligation to Buyer placing this deposit.
